What actually happens on a visit

We show up with tools, not just a clipboard. Here's a sample of the work we tackle during a typical maintenance visit.

Do unused labor hours roll over?
No — unused hours reset monthly and do not carry forward to the next visit.
Are materials included?
Materials are always billed separately. Plans cover labor and service visits only. We'll always get your approval before ordering anything.
Do you offer multi-property discounts?
Yes — we offer custom portfolio pricing for landlords and property managers. See our property management plans →
Can I cancel anytime?
Lone Star Essentials and Hill Country Plus have no minimum commitment — cancel anytime. Premier Priority requires a 6-month minimum.
Is this a home warranty program?
No — all plans are preventative maintenance programs. We do regular, proactive work to keep small issues from becoming expensive repairs. We're not a warranty and don't cover appliance failures or major systems.
What's included in the Annual Home Health Inspection?
A full visual walkthrough of your home covering plumbing, HVAC, electrical outlets, roof condition (from ground), exterior caulking, windows, doors, and appliances. You receive a written report with photos and a prioritized list of anything we recommend addressing.
